Humble Beginning to World Class IT Company 

Turnkey Network Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Peter Phelan to provide turnkey computer services and solutions to small to mid-size businesses. The business started as a home-based business in a spare room in a two bedroom apartment. Our client base grew part-time while working a full-time contract with the goal of one day having a full-time business. As the company's growth began to continue we moved into office space at the beginning of 2003. This was a year of much growth and perseverance as the eve of one of the biggest decline in our economy and IT services was fast approaching.  

The years of 2004 and 2005 was a time of refining Turnkey’s direction and growth strategies. With a solid client base and many subcontracting relationships we knew it was time to bring on some additional technical staff. 

 As Turnkey continues to grow and expand we remain 100% client focused.  We realize that without our clients and refining the support that we offer that we will not be offering our best. Our newest Managed Services offering has brought Turnkey to a support level that at this time is only shared by a small percentage of IT companies. We now provide 24x7x365 monitoring, 9x5 helpdesk, remote support, vendor management and project management. This allows our clients to have a fully outsourced IT firm at their disposal.
